New websites for the Mercado Medic UK, Germany and Netherlands
Mercado Medic a Swedish based company, manufacture adjustable powered and manual wheel chairs for adults, and children. Focusing on postural management they provide modular ergonomic, adjustable office and indoor electric wheelchairs to enable people with disabilities to be independent at home, work and school. They needed a responsive website to showcase their products for the UK, German and Dutch markets.
We created the three new websites; for the UK, German and Dutch company franchises. First we created the UK website, using a content managed system. Then we replicated the site for the German and Dutch branches. We worked with the German and Dutch branches of the business to translate the content for users in their country.
It’s been an really interesting project and we have enjoyed working with the Mercado Medic Team. We have made full use of video calls to contact German and Dutch offices, this has been great during the lockdown period.
