It is all well and good looking at how technology can be used to benefit neurodivergent individuals, or how websites and apps can be adapted to suit different needs. But what about what neurodivergent individuals can bring to the digital world? It is estimated that 1 in 7 (more than 15% of people in the UK) are neurodivergent. Neurodivergent individuals offer a unique approach to problem solving, creativity and innovation.

• Attention to detail: Many neurodivergent individuals have incredible attention to detail and precision (qualities that are highly prized in industries like software development!) 
• Broader skill set: Neurodivergent individuals often have a wide range of specialised skills and abilities, from exceptional memory, pattern recognition, increased creativity and information processing, all of which can come together to create depth and dimension in any project. 
• Creativity and originality: One of the most commonly recognised and celebrated characteristics of neurodivergent individuals is their unwavering creativity.
